It all began in 2015 when I started my professional journey at Snapdeal as a Seller Onboarding Specialist. My role involved helping sellers get started on the platform, which gave me a profound understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem. Inspired by what I learned, I decided to venture into entrepreneurship and launched my own trading business. I began importing products from China and selling them across all major e-commerce platforms in India.
To scale my business, I took a bold step and secured a business loan of 25 lakh rupees. However, life had other plans. Due to an unforeseen family emergency, I faced challenges that made it impossible to repay the loan, and I had to shut down my business. The financial setback was significant, but it taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance, adaptability, and the realities of running a business.
During this challenging period, I discovered my knack for helping others. While navigating my own struggles, I began assisting friends and family members in setting up and growing their online businesses. Watching their ventures flourish gave me immense satisfaction and a sense of purpose. It was my "aha" moment—I realized that my true passion lay in guiding and mentoring business owners to achieve their dreams.
In 2016, I founded Keystart, a platform dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses step by step. Through Keystart, I have developed and implemented actionable strategies that empower business owners to overcome obstacles, scale effectively, and build sustainable enterprises. My mission is to simplify the complexities of entrepreneurship and provide practical, results-oriented solutions that drive growth.
